Brown sugar and butter do most of the talking here. Crunchy SKOR gets folded through the dough with milk chocolate, leaving pockets of caramelized toffee that melt at the edges and crack through the middle. Fleur de sel lands on top because sweet without salt would be unfinished.

Best enjoyed warm. The milk chocolate softens, the toffee turns sticky at the edges and the fleur de sel keeps the whole thing in check.
