SHIPPING DISCLAIMER

For all orders during the summer months, ice packs are added as part of the packaging process to preserve the integrity of the cookies. HOWEVER, we do not hold the responsibility of lost or damaged goods upon leaving the fulfilment centre.

​SHIPPING

​We ship exclusively on Mondays (except for holidays). When viewing your cart, you can choose your specific ship out date using the date selector. All packages are shipped via standard shipping with the option to upgrade to express shipping for an additional fee. We have partnered with a number of courier services to have our cookies delivered all across Canada and United States.

​STANDARD LOCAL DELIVERY

Local delivery options are available for all orders in the delivery radius. The delivery date can be chosen when viewing your cart using the date selector. ​All local orders in the delivery radius will be delivered exclusively on Sunday between the hours of 12 to 8 pm. The following rates apply to all local delivery orders:

• Milton/Oakville/Burlington | $10 (FREE for all orders above $72)

​STANDARD PICKUP

Pickup option is available for all orders and can be chosen when viewing your cart using the date selector. All pickup orders are available for pickup exclusively on Sunday between hours of 12 to 8 pm. An email notification is sent out upon order readiness and the fulfillment location is noted. Please have your order number ready upon collection of your order.
