Our cookies are baked to order and cannot be refunded. You have an option of canceling your order if the order is cancelled before the Wednesday of the shipping week. Once the Wednesday deadline has passed, orders are not eligible for a refund.

You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. However, we are not liable for any damage to the packaging or cookies caused during the shipment process or as a result of weather.
