OUT OF OFFICE brings together six oversized summer desserts built around thick centres, loaded doughs, sharp citrus, toasted crunch and enough chocolate to make returning feel optional.

Salted caramel and stroopwafel. Chocolate-hazelnut cream and crisp cereal. Key lime pie, cereal milk, malted waffle cone and iced mocha brownie.

LATE CHECKOUT Brown Butter • Salted Caramel • Stroopwafel
Checkout can wait. Dark brown sugar dough enriched with brown butter, milk and dark chocolate, and pieces of stroopwafel. Stuffed with salted caramel and finished with Valrhona Caramélia, a quarter stroopwafel and fleur de sel.
MINIBAR Chocolate Hazelnut • Crisp Cereal • Milk Chocolate
Open at your own risk. A thick cookie loaded with milk chocolate, white chocolate and Chocolate Toast Crunch. Stuffed with creamy Nutella fudge and finished with an irregular milk-chocolate cereal cap.
KEY WEST Key Lime • Vanilla Cake • Shortbread
A little sharp. A lot of summer. A vanilla cookie layered with soft vanilla cake, white chocolate and Walker’s shortbread. Stuffed with key lime ganache and finished with white chocolate, crushed shortbread and fresh lime zest.
CABANA CRUNCH Brown Butter • Cereal Milk • Cornflake Crunch
No filling. No quiet bites. Brown-butter dough loaded with milk chocolate, caramelized Gold chocolate and toasted cereal-milk Corn Flake clusters. Finished with an oversized chocolate cornflake crown and fleur de sel.
POOL SERVICE Malted Vanilla • Waffle Cone • Chocolate
Dessert, served poolside. Brown-butter dough packed with milk chocolate, dark chocolate and chocolate-coated waffle cone. Stuffed with a malted vanilla centre and finished with an oversized waffle-cone bark shard.
WAKE-UP CALL Espresso • Fudge Brownie • Vanilla Milk
The only call worth answering. Espresso-laced dough loaded with fudge brownie, milk chocolate and dark chocolate. Stuffed with condensed-milk vanilla and finished with a glossy espresso-chocolate cap.

Every cookie is prepared in limited quantities and baked fresh. Once the collection checks out, it does not stay on the menu.
