Dark brown sugar dough folded with chunks of fudge brownie, milk chocolate, and dark chocolate, finished with a thick slab of brown butter Biscoff fudge and crushed Biscoff cookies. Rich, soft, and unapologetically overdone. The kind of cookie that leaves a little evidence behind.
