Every two weeks, we drop a new lineup of limited-edition cookies — crafted to strike that perfect balance between bold textures and decadent, layered flavors.

It Feels Like Fall is all about cozy indulgence, nostalgic comfort, and flavors that wrap you up like your favorite sweater. Think molten white chocolate, spiced pumpkin mocha, buttery maple praline, campfire-style apple s’mores, golden caramel with a salty crunch, and a playful Oreo twist dusted in cinnamon sugar. Each cookie brings its own personality, but together they’re the perfect taste of the season.

Here’s what’s dropping:

• Black & White — A dark brownie-Oreo cookie with a molten Callebaut white chocolate center, finished with a crown of crushed Oreo.
• Pumpkin Mocha — Pumpkin pie filling, espresso, and Callebaut caramel, milk, and dark chocolates, dusted with Valrhona cocoa.
• Maple Praline — Callebaut chocolate and praline blended into our dark brown sugar dough, filled with molten maple caramel, topped with praline crunch.
• Apple S’mores — Biscoff crumble, Callebaut chocolate, molten apple caramel + marshmallow fluff center, rolled in graham, drizzled with milk chocolate.
• Salted Caramel — Callebaut chocolate chunks and Skor bits wrapped around molten butterscotch caramel, topped with Skor and fleur de sel.
• Oreodoodle — A snickerdoodle twist with Golden Oreo pieces, Callebaut chocolate, rolled in cinnamon sugar, finished with a white chocolate drizzle.
