FLAVOUR PROFILE 

Caramel Cloud is pure imagination turned into indulgence. Created by our son, this cookie layers our signature Dark Brown Sugar Base with a trio of Callebaut milk, white, and caramel callets, wrapped around a molten filling of mini marshmallows, caramel, and Biscoff spread. Once baked, it’s crowned with half a square of Ghirardelli milk chocolate. Soft, gooey, and cloud-like — the kind of cookie that melts into a memory with every bite.
