LEMON & MORE is tart, toasted, and totally irresistible. Built on our dark brown sugar dough, this cookie is blended with a slice of soft, buttery lemon cake and folded with Callebaut white chocolate callets. At the center is a gooey swirl of English lemon curd and marshmallow fluff. Once baked, it’s topped with crushed graham cracker for that perfect touch of pie-crust texture. It’s like a bright summer s’more in cookie form.
